"Backplate" watercolor on paper- 5" x 4 "

I am working on printing a few of my flower paintings on canvas and framing them for a shop in Scituate called JOYE- if you haven't been there you must! it is a sweet little shop right between TK O'Malleys and The Quarterdeck. Nancy- the owner and I picked 12 flower images and are going to have them available at very affordable prices. This is a drawing ( in progress) I am thinking about having as a label on the back with bio information, possibly some type of sentiment that would make a person want to buy it as a gift for someone. Hmmm, still working on the whole concept.

I LOVE that shop - love the logo - everything about it! Good luck with it!

Good luck with the paintings. Are you printing them yourself? Like the label idea.

Hey Sally, how about attaching a package of seeds of that flower to the back of each piece? You could put them in plain envelopes with a customized sticker.

Your always-thinking sister :)
