Dog # 24- "are you looking at me?"

The angle on this one was a challenge- had to dash off to work but got this far- might do a few more tweaks. Can't remember who's lab this is ( again)
Actually it's kind of fun - mystery dogs!

This is my beginning phase- I put my lovely Golden acrylics in these small snap lidded containers- so easy to start painting when I can just open them all up- they stay wet and I waste nothing!

Would the owner of this dog please step forward!

Just love these. I am also in the challenge and decided today I would spend some time looking....

Your touches of periwinkle put me over the edge!

You did such a terrific job with the angle! And that face is adorable - how could you say no to that face! Can you share the colors you used for the floor? That glowing burnt orange is fantastic. (Love the purple nose, too.)

Thanks guys! I wasn't sure about the angle- working from photos people send me ... I used two reds for the floor- a darker one underneath( pyrole) over the black ground and then a cad red light in top .... At least I think that's what I used!

This dog makes me think of the dog on youtube that ate the cat treat pouch and feels bad the owner scolds at him (such an awesome video). Those eyes make me melt!
