Yesterday I visited the Gardner Museum in Boston with a friend- it was the first time I had seen the new wing. I like the contrast of old and new- light and dark. It is always wonderful to be there and why I don't go more often is ridiculous! The trailing flowers from the balconies are nasturtiums- my favorite. I was delighted that the salad I ordered in the restaurant had one as a garnish- yum!
