figure painting, Emily, acrylic on museum board, 14x16 ish
I went to the drop in session up at North River Arts Society last night- it's the last one till mid June- so I am glad I went! Music is great- people are amazing accomplished painters and our model looked like she stepped out of a renaissance painting( although I don't think I really captured that) but I like this .

This is a beautiful painting -- I love the brushstrokes! So full of life and energy. I wanted to know how you found painting on museum board? I've been interested in alternative surfaces and came across this as a potential and wanted some first hand recommendations. Thanks.
